Crop Circle Farm: A Surreal Wonderland for Nines’ Final Album

For Crop Circle Farm, the short film accompanying Nines’ final album Quit While You’re Ahead, we helped bring a bold, surreal world to life. Inspired by Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, the production transformed familiar spaces into a dreamlike landscape, and we were tasked with constructing key immersive set pieces.

Key Builds:

• Edible Garden – A vibrant, fantasy-inspired landscape with sculpted greenery, glowing pathways, and oversized mushrooms, creating an otherworldly feel.
• Train Carriage – Built from scratch, this custom-designed carriage featured striking colours and playful details, capturing the eccentric spirit of the film.
• Strain Sorting Room – A factory-like environment designed to process and package unique ‘products,’ complete with conveyor belts and lab-style workstations.
• Maze & Moon Rock – A winding, immersive maze and stylized rock formations that enhanced the dreamlike setting.
• Glass Elevator – A centrepiece in the film’s fantastical world, reinforcing the whimsical, larger-than-life tone.

This project challenged us to push creativity and precision, blending bold colours, unique textures, and playful shapes to match the film’s vision. Seeing our work come to life on screen was a fantastic experience.
