In 2019, Totom worked with McQueens Flowers to build two enchanting floral displays for the Chelsea Flower Show.
The initial creation, titled ‘Per Oculus Apum’ or ‘Through the Eyes of Bees,’ featured a 20m by 7m installation. Totom artfully constructed a wave within a tunnel, fashioning a vibrant flower canopy along the tunnel’s ceiling. The wave curved in a half-turn helix, cascading down to the floor in a visually captivating display.
The second installation, named ‘Honey I’m Home,’ comprised an artisan studio area that invited visitors to fashion their own bees for the hive. Totom’s contribution included a sizable hive-like structure crafted from hexagonal panels.
